By accessing the Shri Gurudev Ranade Samadhi Trust website, using the Namsadhan App, booking accommodations, or making donations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

• Donations: All donations made to the Trust are voluntary and non-refundable. Eligible Indian taxpayers may claim tax exemptions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, provided they supply accurate PAN details during the transaction.
• Ashram Accommodation: Room bookings made via the website are subject to availability and final confirmation by the Ashram management. The Trust reserves the right to cancel or reallocate rooms at its sole discretion to maintain the sanctity and operational requirements of the Ashram.
• Code of Conduct: Visitors to Nimbal Ashram must strictly adhere to the Ashram's daily schedule, dress code, dietary rules (strictly vegetarian/satvik), and maintain silence and decorum.

All content on this platform, including but not limited to spiritual texts, audio recordings (bhajans, discourses), photographs of the lineage (Sadhgurus), videos, and digital publications, are the exclusive property of Shri Gurudev Ranade Samadhi Trust or its respective copyright holders.

Permitted Use: Content is provided strictly for personal, non-commercial, and spiritual use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit this content without explicit written permission from the Trust.

The Trust provides this platform "as is" and makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the site, app, or Live Darshan streams.

In no event shall the Trust, its trustees, or volunteers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services, payment gateway failures, or temporary digital outages.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or usage of the Trust's digital services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karnataka, India.
